This week the team from Nasa Djeca had a leaf through their old photo album, looking back over the project's history. Nasa Djeca was one of the Foundation's first projects and is still going strong today.
Here are a few photos they posted, revealing just how much fun they have. The pictures also give a wonderful overview of the project's impact. It's difficult not to get a little teary-eyed looking at how much the support has meant to the children over the years.
This first part focuses on three young women who are learning-disabled and unable to live independently but never-the-less forced to leave the children's home at the age of 18. Nasa Djeca renovated a house which opened on September 15, 2012 and now provides the women with a permanent home, training in social and life skills, and work experience.
